The Foreman has a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the crew and themselves, while meeting the daily production targets set by the company. They should possess advanced skills and expertise in all aspects of work, including cost control, scheduling, specifications, and claims management. Additionally, they are responsible for handling various documentation such as timesheets, production reports, labor reports, men-hour reports, and other essential documentation.
