Position OverviewPeopleShare is seeking a Roaster Assistant for a food‑production facility in Suffolk. This role supports the Roaster Operator and ensures the roasting area remains clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, physical position in a production environment. This is NOT an entry level position. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor skin bags during roasting operations and empty them into the skin shed when full. Clean and maintain the skin bag area, removing any loose skins or debris. Keep the entire roaster room clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
