Robot Operator - 2nd Shift

Description

: Responsible for operating the mold building automatic station and utilize the tooling and equipment for hot press sintering of powdered metal diamond segments. The Operator will assemble manually and automatically molds containing graphite mold parts and cold pressed diamond segments in an aluminum frame. Load into an automatic hot press for sintering and subsequently removed for disassembly. Sort graphite parts from the finished segments and perform quality checks on the segments. Other tasks will include preparation and storage of graphite parts for future processing as well as cleaning of the work area.

Job Requirements:

Operate the automatic mold building station, coordinate and prepare all components to maintain the machine running at high efficiency.
