Robot Operator

Our mission is to transform robotic manipulation by enabling dexterous behaviors to be efficiently taught, learned, and refined across diverse real-world environments. The team brings deep cross-functional expertise spanning simulation, perception, controls, and machine learning. We measure success through both fundamental capability development and meaningful research impact, including open-source contributions and publications. In this role, youll be a key member of the team that does this instruction for the in-house robots. As a Robot Operator, you will: Operate robotic systems for a diverse range of tasks, including teleoperation using VR equipment and controllers. Demonstrate tasks to robots for learning purposes and collect data to enhance robotic capabilities. Collaborate with engineers and researchers to refine robotic operations and improve performance.
