In a International & innovative environment the Competence Center Manager will :



✅ Manage the product knowledge base for After Sales usage.

✅ Organize the 24/7 Helpdesk function to support regional field service teams, direct customers, and integrators.

✅ Build and develop the second-level competence team (technology experts).

✅ Create and manage technical documentation for legal compliance and optimize knowledge for service & customer operations.

✅ Drive the feedback loop from the field to R&D & engineering to improve reliability and serviceability.

✅ Organize and manage the technical training center for internal and external customers.
