Education Qualification

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech.

Experience

• 3 5 years of experience in BIW (Body in White) Robotics Simulation.

BIW Robotics simulation, Automotive, Delmia V5, 3DX, Siemens Process Simulate, Robotic Cell Preparation, Kinematics, Tool/Gun Validation, OLP.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform robotic simulation for BIW processes in Automotive manufacturing.
• Work with robots such as Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA, ABB (others are a plus).
• Optimize plant and robotic layout for efficiency.
• Simulate and validate manufacturing processes like:
• Spot Welding, Riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud Welding, Material Handling.
• (Additional advantage: Arc Welding, Hemming, Clinching, Laser Welding, Screwing).
• Identify tools/equipment/mockups needed for above processes.
• Carry out fixture, tool & gun kinematics studies.
• Validate tools, weld spot distribution, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation.
• Perform work cell preparation and cycle time optimization.
• Prepare OLP, documentation, and RCS validation (added advantage).

Software Proficiency

• Mandatory: Dassault Delmia V5, Siemens Process Simulate.
• Good to Have: 3DX, other robotic simulation tools.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills, proactive team player.
• Flexible and able to manage complex tasks.
