Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of robotic joints, link structures, and actuation assemblies, ensuring proper mechanical strength, alignment, and load handling.
- Select, size, and integrate actuators, transmissions, and gear systems, ensuring smooth and precise motion.
- Develop and implement forward/inverse kinematics, dynamics models, and control algorithms (position, velocity, torque, impedance, etc.).
- Convert mechanical designs into URDF/SDF robot descriptions and integrate them into simulation and control stacks.
- Build and maintain motion planning, trajectory generation, and real-time control pipelines.
- Integrate sensors (encoders, IMU, force/torque, current sensors) and develop feedback-driven control loops.
- Validate designs in simulation, perform system tuning, and support prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver reliable high-performance robotic behavior.
