Job Description
We are looking for a Robotics Design Engineer – Mechanical with hands-on experience in robotic arm / manipulator design . The role focuses on mechanical design of multi-DOF robotic arms, including joints, transmission systems, and structural optimization, working closely with controls, electronics, and software teams.
Key Responsibilities Design 3–6 DOF robotic arm architectures , joints, and link structures Create 3 D CAD models and 2 D manufacturing drawings Design and integrate harmonic / planetary gearboxes , belt or chain drives Select and integrate servo / BLDC motors, encoders, and brakes Perform torque-speed calculations , gear ratio selection, and backlash control Conduct mechanical calculations for stress, fatigue, deflection, and payload Support prototyping, assembly, testing, and design iteratio...
