Job Description
We're looking for a Robotics Software Engineer to join our mission at Avientus, where we're building next-generation drone delivery systems for B2B and B2G applications. In this position, you will play a key role in designing, building and testing the algorithms that make our drones fly and operate autonomously, from early prototypes to the first small production series.
How you'll make an impact
System architecture: Design a modular and scalable robotics stack that allows for rapid iteration and deployment.
Develop and refine algorithms for state estimation, motion planning, and navigation.
Sensor evaluation and implementation.
Support flight tests, field trials, and deployment of software and hardware on real drones.
Work closely with aerospace / mechanical engineers, field application engineers and the founding team to turn concepts into reliable, production-ready systems.
