About the Role
Great robotics requires great infrastructure. At Teleborti X , we are seeking a Software Infrastructure Engineer to build the rock-solid foundation that powers our autonomous fleets.
This is a Platform Engineering role. You will own the architecture that transitions code from "Research Prototype" to "Production Grade." You will build the CI/CD pipelines, optimize embedded C++ performance, and ensure our software is scalable, testable, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
Production C++: Refactor and optimize research code into high-performance, real-time C++ production modules.
Dev Ops for Robotics: Build and own the CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions/Jenkins). Automate testing, Docker containerization, and release packaging.
Embedded Systems: Interface with hardware abstraction layers, microcontrollers, and sensors. Optimize code for low-latency and resource-constrained embedded targets (NVIDIA Jetson, etc.).
Architecture & Middleware: Design scalable communication frameworks using Cyclone-DDS and Cap’n Proto. Maintain the core SDKs used by the algorithms team.
Tooling & Quality: Implement static analysis, automated unit/integration testing, and build internal developer tools to streamline workflows.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
Education: B. Tech (2+ years exp) OR M. S./M. Tech (1+ years exp) in CS, ECE, or related fields.
Core Language: Expert-level C++ (Memory management, concurrency, real-time constraints).
Dev Ops DNA: Strong experience with Docker, CMake/Bazel, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Middleware: Experience with ROS2, DDS, and serialization libraries (Protobuf/Cap’n Proto).
System Knowledge: Deep understanding of Linux internals and embedded systems constraints.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience with NVIDIA Jetson / Edge AI platforms.
Knowledge of RTOS and communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN).
Experience setting up Hardware-in-Loop (HIL) automation.
