Job Description

Position Overview:

Responsible for robustness testing of automotive ECUs with a focus on ensuring quality and reliability through structured processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HIL and vehicle bench tests for regression and robustness testing.
  • Perform product-level testing for single and Domain ECUs.
  • Analyze test data, prepare inputs, and generate detailed reports.
  • Ensure proper instrument calibration and manage data acquisition systems.
  • Develop test specifications for robustness testing using protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet.
  • Execute robustness tests, including timing, variation, completeness, and voltage dips/drops.


Technical Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe, CAPL scripting, and VT systems.
  • Strong understanding of ECU system hardware and software (Body & Chassis/Powertrain).


Qualifications:

  • Education: BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
  • Experience: 7 10 years in ECU testing and development.
