We’re looking to hire a Sales Leader / Sales Growth Manager who has actually built and scaled sales systems — not someone who has only managed calls.


At Analytics Shiksha, we’re building a serious analytics education platform focused on problem-solving and deeply personalized learning based on a learner’s background, current skills, and career goals.


Now, we want someone who can own and scale the entire sales engine.


📍 Location: Noida, Sector-2

🏢 Work mode: Onsite (full-time)


This role is for you if:


- You’ve scaled sales in an EdTech company (India market)


- You’ve worked with tech programs (Data Analytics, Data Science, Product, Tech upskilling, etc.)


- You’ve handled:


- Lead funnels & conversion optimization


- Sales scripts & objection handling


- Sales team hiring, training & performance tracking


- Improving show-up rates, close rates & overall revenue


This role is NOT for:


- Freshers


- People who’ve only done individual calling


- People without EdTech sales experience
