£20.50 PH CIS Social Housing On going work 
We’re recruiting experienced Roofers to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a day to day contract 

The Role:
You’ll carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works in occupied and void properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team; 

Repairs to pitched and flat roofs

Tiling and slating repairs

Felt, GRP, and lead work

Guttering, fascia, and soffit repairs

Identifying and repairing roof leaks

General roofing maintenance

£20.50 per hour (CIS) – paid weekly
42.5 hours per week Monday–Friday
Temp to perm opportunity
Van, fuel card, uniform & PDA provided
Fully stocked vanFace to face interviews 
Requirements:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in roofing or associated trade 
Full UK driving licence
Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments
