We have an opportunity for an experienced Roofer to join the in-house roofing team of a leading residential developer and housing association. This is a permanent role working across occupied and void properties, delivering high-quality roofing repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a wide range of pitched and flat roofing repairs to occupied and vacant properties
Repairing and replacing slate and tiled roofs, including felt roofing and timber battens.
Undertaking chimney repairs, rebuilds, and associated leadwork.
Installing and repairing flat roofing systems, including felt and asphalt.
Completing leadwork such as flashings, soakers, and valley gutters.
Repairing and installing ridge, verge, and hip tiles.
