Roofing Department Manager

Constructive PD (CPD) is a well‑established commercial construction business delivering high quality projects across Western Australia. As part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to establish, lead and grow our roofing division as a core business unit.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the performance, safety, delivery and profitability of the Roofing Division.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager/ Operations Manager you will be responsible for building a sustainable, high‑performing roofing business that complements CPD’s existing service offering. You will lead strategy, people, delivery and commercial outcomes while maintaining strong client, supplier and subcontractor relationships.
