Roofing Foreman – $35–$50/hr + Full Benefits


We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman with 5+ years in commercial roofing to lead crews and ensure projects are completed with quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and a clean driving record.


What You’ll Do:


  • Lead crews on commercial roofing projects (EPDM & Thermoplastic systems)




  • Install, repair, and maintain roofs and flashings




  • Oversee safety compliance and quality control




  • Operate and monitor rooftop equipment




  • Train and mentor team members
