Job Description
We’re hiring a Roofing Foreman to lead residential roofing crews on custom roofing projects. This role is hands-on and focused on crew leadership, jobsite coordination, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards are met on every project.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on active residential job sites
- Perform hands-on roofing work including tear-offs, installations, and repairs
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members on proper roofing techniques
- Communicate job progress, issues, and scheduling needs with management
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential roofing, including leadership or foreman responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
