Job Full Description We're seeking skilled and reliable Roofers and Tarp Roof Technician Specialists to join our team and provide rapid-response roofing services across residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for experienced roofers who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering high-quality work under pressure. Technicians will perform emergency roof tarping, minor repairs, and other roofing-related tasks to help protect properties from further damage due to storms, leaks, or structural issues. Key Responsibilities Perform emergency roof tarping to prevent water intrusion and further damage Conduct minor roof repairs, including patching, shingle replacement, and leak mitigation Assess roof conditions and communicate findings to supervisors or clients Work on various roof types, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs Safely navigate residential and commercial rooftops in varying weather conditions Maintain a clean and professional worksite Respond promptly to service calls, often with short notice Requirements Proven roofing experience (minimum 2 years preferred) Must have own tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions Strong attention to detail and safety protocols Availability for emergency calls, including evenings and weekends when needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with emergency response or disaster restoration Familiarity with insurance-related roofing work Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Join Us Flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities Competitive pay with potential for growth Work with a responsive and professional team Make a real impact by helping property owners protect their investments Independent Contractors Welcome: We welcome independent roofing companies to apply for ongoing project-based assignments.
