Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of room attendants and housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
  • Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Housekeeping supervisor in a 2–3-star hotel.
  • Handled HK standards training and, received HK supervisory training (supervisory experience is preferred).
  • Able to guide the team on proper bed making and standard room set-up procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Physically fit and able to supervise operations on foot.
