Room Leader

Job description

We are working with a nursery in Whitchurch, RG28 area of Hampshire who are looking for a room leader to run their under 2 year old room. You will need to have a great understanding of how to meet the needs of the youngest children in the nursery and develop great relationships with the children and their families as well as provide a safe and stimulating environment for the children.

As room leader you will be running the under 2 year old room and need to be able to settle the babies and their families into the nursery. You will need to lead your team to provide high quality childcare and an environent that supports and extends the children's development. As room leader you will also support the nursery management.

For this role you need to

Hold a level 3 or higher childcare qualification

Have at least 2 years post qualifying experience

Have experience working with 0-2 year olds
