A Rooms Controller supports the Reception Manager to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Rooms Controller, you will support the Reception Manager to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. A Casual Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Asignar habitaciones asegurando que las preferencias de los huéspedes sean respetadas, las solicitudes especiales sean cumplidas y que se optimice el inventario del hotel.
- Otorgar los beneficios de Upgrades a los huéspedes elegibles siempre que exista la disponibilidad
- Monitorear las llegadas con Digital Check in para coordinar con ama de llaves la limpieza
