Your key responsibilities include:
+ You will welcome our international guests from all over the world and, together with your team, ensure that **everything runs smoothly**
+ As an expert in your field **, you know what our guests need** and do everything you can to make their stay as memorable as possible
+ You **will plan and oversee** the **day-to-day operations** at the front desk related to guest arrivals and departures, including room sales, room allocation for VIPs and groups, and room registration
+ You will coordinate with the housekeeping and technical team to ensure that rooms are properly and efficiently cleaned and available to guests.
+ You **will work** with different **departments** to ensure that all guest data is accurate and to monitor that the specific requirements of the guests are met efficiently.
+ Together with the team, you will work on **achieving the departmental goals**
+ You know how to deal with **guest complaints** through expertise and find a solution - you have learned that you can also turn negative impressions into positive memories with the right attitude

+ You want to develop every day, learn new things and be part of a familiar and ambitious team.
+ You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
+ You have already had experience in a similar guest-oriented position.
+ Your communicative nature distinguishes you and you feel extremely comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
