About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Rope Access Division Manager to lead, manage, and grow our Rope Access Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring project efficiency, maintaining strict safety compliance, conducting site evaluations, and independently managing project requirements from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rope Access Division, ensuring smooth coordination of all operational activities.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of rope access projects, including facadecleaning, maintenance, inspection, and specialized works.
• Ensure compliance with IRATA/SPRAT standards, UAE regulatory requirements, and company safety protocols.
