Acuren is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Rope Access Operations Manager to support operations across the Central Region . This role provides leadership to multi‑trade rope access crews, oversees end‑to‑end project execution, and ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with IRATA standards .

The position is full‑time and based in Thunder Bay, Ontario .
Compensation
Salary range is $55.00–$65.00 per hour (CAD) , commensurate with qualifications and experience.

- Lead and support welders, pipefitters, and rope access technicians across active job sites.
