Rope Access Trainer

THE ROLE

We currently have the opportunity for a Rope Access Trainer to deliver IRATA Levels1-3 Rope Access courses at our Rope Access division in Welshpool, working Monday to Friday.

As an IRATA L1-3 Rope Access Training, your will be responsible for:

• Delivering an approved suite of courses as that are in line with IRATA  accrediting body requirements
• To support customers during course delivery as appropriate
• To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required
• To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate
• To support through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and work towards continual improvement.
• Ensure that all company quality and operational procedures are always adhered to

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• IRATA Rope Access Level 3
• Current Senior First Aid 
• Technical coaching, professional guidance and assist in the development of others
• The ability to deliver engaging training sessions, selecting the best method of communication to ensure understanding
• The ability to meet competing demands and to prioritise tasks
• Eligible to work in Australia with current Australian work rights
