The Rose Inn is located in the heart of Attleborough in Nuneaton.
This traditional community pub features two rooms, pool, darts and outdoor terrace plus a good sized carpark. The site is currently trading at £3,000 per week 100% wet only.
There is potential to double the sales by re-affirming the pub with the local community and establishing weekly activity and teams. There is also a space to fit a commercial kitchen and introduce a food offer with 100% of the sales going to the operator.
