We’re seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Roster Coordinator to join our centralised rostering hub at the Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure our five Residential Aged Care Facilities are staffed efficiently and effectively in line with care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient fortnightly rosters using Optima, ensuring compliance with Awards, Agreements, and legislative requirements.
• Act as the central contact for leave requests, shift allocation, and orientation for new employees.
