We are looking for acasual (with the potential of full time after probation period) Rostering Coordinator to join our caring and dynamic office team in Torrensville . Just Better Care Coordinators play a key role in helping families receive the care and support services they need.
Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the delivery of services using a team of Community Support Professionals. You will be the point of contact for Community Support Professionals and Case Managers ensuring our customers get the right care at the right time.
