Rostering Coordinators

We're expanding! Due to recent airport tender wins, we're looking for Rostering Coordinators to join our team.

In this role, you will ensure all contract rosters are regularly reviewed and maintained in alignment with approved labour budgets and models. You will also support operational delivery teams and Corporate Services with award compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process approved changes to contract rosters, including analysing cost and variation impacts.


• Communicate with management and line managers regarding contract exceptions, rostering issues, trends, and Kronos reporting.


• Review staffing requests and terminations to ensure alignment with operational needs before approving recruitment activities.


• Build and maintain strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders.


• Provide collaborative support to resolve site-based resourcing issues.
