The Professional Development Program enables you, as a recent graduate in the early stage of your career, to continue to develop your skills while learning our business and identifying your preferred career path.
Selected individuals will progress through a rotational development program that includes both broad company/industry acclimation as well as focused assignments in different business units of the ITW Food Equipment Group. Emphasis will be placed on Marketing, Project Management, Business Development, General Management, and Sales, through a variety of projects spanning approximately 24 months, with each rotation lasting approximately 4 months. The candidate will benefit from valuable introductions to and networking with ITW stakeholders at many levels in several business units. The program is based in Troy, Ohio.
