+ Supervise day-to-day rotor operations across machining, disassembly, assembly, and final balancing processes during the shift.
+ Lead a team of hourly employees including technicians, machinists, and inspectors—ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production targets.
+ Support standard work execution, escalate abnormalities, and drive quick containment and countermeasures.
+ Ensure shift handovers are effective, with proper documentation and communication of open issues.
