Route Coordinator Night Shift

**About the Job**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
In this role you will perform functions including:
- Effective communication with carriers in courteously, consistently, and efficiently way for day-to-day operation.
- Update Optimiz system, manually or through Tracking Portal, with precise information about the status of the load to provide visibility to the customer
- Manual tracking for exceptions when electronic tracking method fails.
- Communicate specific freight requirements and changes.
- Participate in new employees training.
- Confirm pickup and delivery of previous date load
- Work directly with Route Specialist to solve route related issues to avoid delays for the customer.

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain
- English proficiency
