Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan daily itinerary schedule and properly allocate resources to meet customer’s requirements and maximize profits.
• Ensure customer’s orders are completely, properly, and timely deliver.
• Develop strategic logistical plan to expand the distribution of products nationwide.
• Efficiently and effectively address and resolve delivery and operational concerns.
• Ensure proper management of logistics budgets and expenses.
• Build strong relationships with logistics partners to increase distribution resources.
• Provide logistics support to the company within the set timelines.
• Oversee the dispatching and loading process to ensure that all orders are accurately released to customers and in good acceptable condition.
• Manages Drivers and Helpers so they adhere to strict schedules and company policies.
