Job Description

The Router Operator will perform duties to set up and operate a Router according to specific job requirements. The ideal candidate must be a team player and open to continuous improvement. This position involves reporting to the MUL over Fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge of material in the department.
• Plan new setups and call up proper program.
• Operate machine, load and unload parts following matching cycle, check work for required operations and specifications.
• Communicate with detailing department on job specifications.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
• Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
• Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
