Roving Head Chef / Roving Senior Sous – Kent and Sussex

Our client manages a group of countryside gastro pubs across Kent and Sussex. Each kitchen focuses on fresh, seasonal food and local sourcing. Menus evolve through the year and highlight produce from the area. Teams work hard, support each other and take pride in consistent plates and warm guest experiences. About the role

  • You travel across multiple sites supporting kitchens
  • You step in as Head Chef or Senior Sous where needed
  • You help stabilise teams and standards
  • You support openings, menu rollouts and training
  • You cover holidays and absence across the group

  • Salary £36,000 to £38,000
