Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR Associates on core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Create training materials, standard operating procedures, and job aids to ensure consistent performance across the team.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance assessments to support the professional growth of HR Associates.
  • Mentor new HR hires and facilitate knowledge transfer between team members.
  • Travel and be assigned to any location across the country as required to support local teams, conduct training, or address operational needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with site managers and local staff in all assigned areas
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior
