The Position

We are currently seeking a Roving Site Administrator to join our operational team. This role provides administrative support across multiple underground mining sites and requires regular travel to remote locations. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Attend site meetings and deliver accurate, timely admin assistance.
  • Maintain rosters, leave entries, and personnel updates.
  • Coordinate flight manifests, travel, and accommodation for personnel.
  • Collate plods and enter daily hours into Plodtrack.
  • Process timecards and maintain pay rates and categories in ChaProd.
  • Complete pre‑payroll checks, resolve errors, and meet payroll deadlines.
  • Review payroll reports and submit required documentation.
  • Support onboarding and mobilisation, including medicals, inductions, and INX compliance.
  • Maintain personnel records, site access, and visitor travel coordination.
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders in Pronto and BCM systems.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing site materials.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly safety and toolbox minutes.
  • Archive documents and handle confidential information securely.
  • Assist Project Managers with general administrative and project tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in site administration, mobilisation, or a similar administrative role (mining industry desirable).
  • Proficiency in administrative systems such as INX / InFlight, ChaProd, Plodtrack, Pronto, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll, reporting, and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all stakeholders.
  • Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work both independently and across multiple sites.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Manual WA “C” Class driver's licence (essential).
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to safety and compliance.
