Responsibilities

:
  • Analyze business processes to pinpoint repetitive, manual tasks suitable for UiPath automation.
  • Work closely with business partners to understand process requirements and define the scope of automation.
  • Design and document clear, efficient workflows for identified processes using UiPath Studio tools.
  • Develop robust automation scripts using UiPath Studio and its features like activities, recorders, and variables.
  • Leverage UiPath's capabilities for screen scraping, data manipulation, API integration, decision-making logic, and error handling.
  • Integrate security and compliance considerations within developed automation solutions.
  • Conduct thorough functional and non-functional testing of UiPath bots, identify and fix errors, and refine scripts for optimal performance.
  • Deploy and configure UiPath bots in production environments, monitoring their performance and resource utilization.
  • Refine and update UiPath bots as business requirements or processes evolve, ensuring they remain efficient and relevant.
  • Document bot functionality, maintenance procedures, and operational guidelines for future reference and knowledge sharing.

    • Qualifications Required (Non-Negotiable):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience working as an RPA UiPath Developer.
  • Solid understanding of business process automation principles and concepts.
  • Proven proficiency in UiPath Studio and its features (e.g., screen scraping, data manipulation, API integration).
  • Experience with scripting languages like VB.NET, C#, or Python for advanced automation logic.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

    • Qualifications Preferred (Negotiable):

  • UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer/Professional.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools to automate the deployment of automation solutions.
  • Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
