Job Description

As our new RPA UiPath Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across Ramboll’s global business operations.

You will be part of our Digital Automation / RPA team, working closely with colleagues across regions and functions to support Ramboll’s digital transformation journey..

You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that is passionate about automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of business processes, enterprise systems, and modern automation technologies including RPA, AI, and intelligent automation.

You will work in an international environment with opportunities to collaborate with global stakeholders, contribute to best practices, and influence how automation is scaled across the organisation. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, following Ramboll standards and best practices
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, process analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions
  • Supporting solution design, code reviews, UAT, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance to ensure stable and high-quality automations
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, reusable components, and automation frameworks within the RPA platform.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Qualifications

  • Should have a Bachelor’s degree (BE / B.Tech) or equivalent higher education
  • Having 3-6 years of hands-on experience specifically in UiPath RPA development, with proven delivery of enterprise-scale automations
  • Strong hands-on experience in UiPath development, including Studio, Orchestrator, queues, assets, and exception handling
  • Proven ability to deliver automation solutions independently across the full development lifecycle
  • Good understanding of enterprise application integration, data handling, and automation security concepts
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A curious and proactive approach, with a genuine interest in learning new technologies and improving ways of working
