What You'll Do:

As part of the Finance Transformation department at Criteo, you will join our Team to design, develop, and maintain RPA automations that optimize global finance processes. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

  • Point of contact with internal business teams to automate Global Finance processes

  • Use cases backlog enrichment

  • Automation KPIs monitoring

  • Writing technical and functional specifications of internal processes to be automated, in a project design document (PDD)

  • Applying Agile Kanban method

  • The development of identified finance processes with Power Automate, Alteryx and potentially other RPA tools

  • Writing and execution of test phases

  • Deployment of new flows (On premise or Server)

  • Maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of delivered flows

    • This position is based in Gurugram, India

    Who You Are:

  • More than 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining finance automations flows with low code / no code solutions
  • Experience / certification of Power Automate (+Alteryx and/or UiPath and/or Copilot Studio and/or other RPA solutions would be a plus)
  • Experience / certification on Data Warehouse and Visualization solutions (Databricks, Azure, Power BI)
  • Ability to rethink financial processes to identify the related data source, automate its retrieval and improve them whenever possible
  • You know how to work in an agile environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to learn independently
  • Finance processes knowledge is nice to have (SOX Controls, LTC, OTC, Audit etc.)
  • Excel (+VBA), SAP, Salesforce, Python would be a plus
