Roles And Responsibilites

  • Workflow Design & Development: Creating Cloud Flows (automated, scheduled, or instant) and Desktop Flows (RPA) to automate legacy systems that don't have APIs.
  • Integration: Building Custom Connectors to link Power Automate with third-party software or proprietary internal databases via REST APIs.
  • AI Implementation: Using AI Builder to automate document processing (e.g., reading invoices), sentiment analysis, or predictive modeling.
  • Administration & Governance: Managing environments, ensuring data loss prevention (DLP) policies are followed, and monitoring flow runs for failures.
