Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions using UiPath
  • Assess functional and technical feasibility of business processes for automation
  • Analyze and document business processes in Process Definition Documents (PDD)
  • Convert business requirements into Solution Design Documents (SDD) for automation
  • Develop reusable, efficient, and maintainable workflows using standard RPA design principles
  • Create and document test scenarios and procedures for pre-UAT phases
  • Support operations teams during UAT and production rollout
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation processes through structured change control
  • Coordinate with process owners and business teams to understand current processes and define automation flows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising in day-to-day RPA operations
