RPA UI Path Senior developer

TCS is hiring for RPA UI Path Senior developer

Desired Experience Range: 8 to 12 Years

Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Accountabilities

1. Designing and developing scalable UiPath automation solutions, ensuring reliability, reusability and adherence to RPA best practices

2. Collaborating with Business SME’s and cross functional teams to translate requirements into technical process design document and developing bots within committed timelines

3. Develop clean, modular, maintainable RPA workflows and conduct thorough unit/system testing to ensure solution stability and reduce production defects

4. Experience in preparing PDDs, SDDs, deployment documents and supporting UAT and hypercare activities.

5. Ability to perform root cause analysis optimize existing automations, and improve bot efficiency throughput

6. Strong communication, stakeholder management and ability to mentor junior developer and support code reviews

7. Ability to work in an Agile environment manage multiple automations, track progress and report risks/issues

8. Ensure governance and compliance by following secure coding practices, credential management standards, audit requirements and maintaining proper documentation for all automations

9. Lead production support and hypercare activities, including monitoring bot performance, resolving failures, optimizing schedules and ensuring high bot uptime and SLA adherence

10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new automation opportunities, evaluating feasibility, proposing innovative solutions using AI/ML capabilities and contributing to the overall automation roadmap.

Experience ·

Minimum of 5+ years of hands on experience in RPA development using UiPath, including design, testing and deployment · Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leading RPA solutions,

mentoring junior developers and handling end to end automation delivery
