RPG / AS400 Developer (Automotive Industry)

We are looking for an experienced RPG / AS400 Developer to join our IT team and support the development and maintenance of business-critical systems within the automotive industry. This role combines application development, system maintenance, and functional support, working on IBM i (AS400) platforms and key applications related to electronic invoicing, trade compliance, and manufacturing operations.

This is a long-term, stable position within a global organization with well-established processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE, and SQLRPGLE
• Provide support and enhancements to ERP systems running on AS400 / IBM i
• Handle incidents and operational requests for systems supporting Mexico operations
• Support and maintain interfaces related to:
• Electronic invoicing
• Tax and regulatory processes
• Import / Export and trade compliance
