POSITION SUMMARY:

Developer 4 is a Subject Matter Expert in at least one system or application and able to answer any questions that come from a Business Partner. Provides analysis and design work in programming and creates flow charts for technical and process analysis so that the project team can understand the data flow. Technically leads and mentor other developers to produce error-free development. Effectively communicates with business users, suggests process improvements, configuration changes, day to day user activities, writes pseudo technical documents for super users. Analyzes issues with a quick and long-term solution. Utilizes teamwork on quick solutions while still validating the long-term solution. Supports business applications through resolving trouble with applications, facilitating changes to applications through migrations, and supports other IT Organizations in providing support to the business community.
