About the Role
Shared Services Specialist is Responsible for efficient management of vendor onboarding and management, ID card issuance, and other operational tasks related to the collection portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of collection processes, advanced MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
1)Vendor Onboarding:
i)Coordinate with the business to identify vendor requirements.
ii)Conduct due diligence on potential vendors.
iii)Prepare and execute vendor onboarding documentation.
iv)Ensure timely and accurate data entry into relevant systems.
v)Maintain vendor records and documentation.
2)ID Card Management:
i)Coordinate ID card production and distribution.
ii)Maintain ID card inventory and tracking systems.
iii)Manage ID card related queries and issues.
iv)Ensure compliance with ID card policies and regulations.
