RQ00517 - Applications Architect - Senior

Qualifications Minimum 3+ years architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM). Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise data governance. Strong integration experience including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, event ingestion from monitoring tools, and identity integrations (SSO/SAML/OAuth). Proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration practices including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ATF, update sets, source control, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Demonstrated experience working in large, complex, or public-sector environments with formal governance and audit requirements. Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate City business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
