Responsibilities: Responsible for working with the technical team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), including solution vendors, to deliver new releases of the Document Verification Service (DVS), ensuring compliance with OPS software development life cycle (SDLC) and I&IT standards while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between client institutions and technology teams, facilitating requirements gathering, prioritizing tasks, and addressing roadblocks to ensure smooth implementation. Define onboarding processes and establish technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for developing, integrating, and maintaining the DVS solution with multiple client institutions.
