RSE Operations & Reliability Performance Specialist (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide Operation & Reliability KPI performance analysis for On-site Ops in RSE/ASEAN as per Regional Business/Ops’ expectations and directions as per specified timeline.
• Monitoring & Tracking Ops KPIs (Process safety/Reliability/Productivity & Efficiency/R&M Cost/CAI/CBT,etc), and shared to regional & country Ops management in monthly calls/sessions.
• Highlight Ops’ key priorities/opportunities/risk associated in timely manner. Follow through the action plans developed for closure by arranging periodic sessions between regional and local Ops management team.
• Ownership and re-develop 1 RSE/ASEAN Ops shared page with updated links attached for Ops requirements (ie Cost Summary report). Collaborate with ROC RSE/RSE IT team to automate and digitalize all Ops KPI reportings.
• Collating safety & technical related support required (ie RCAs/Directives drafts) for review. Follow through with the countries ...
