Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Sales Leadership: Drive sales across the retail channel, ensuring achievement of revenue and market share targets in the assigned region.
- Channel Management: Develop, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure strong secondary and tertiary sales.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers / Territory Sales Officers to achieve sales objectives.
- Market Development: Expand retail footprint by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets and distribution partners.
- Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, plumbers, carpenters, and influencers to increase brand penetration.
